Perfect for letting hot air escape stuffy rooms on hot sunny days or additional ventilation in cooking areas, the hinged Slimline® opens 300mm and automatically closes if the rain sensor detects rain.

This roof lantern comes ready assembled with its own aluminium kerb upstand that hosts the powerful actuators. The built in fully insulated aluminium kerb sits directly on a 60-70mm wide x 50mm (minimum height) pre-flashed timber frame. With various glazing options all including easy clean/low maintenance coating to promote self-cleaning with rain fall helping to keep the glass looking fresher for longer. Because our roof lanterns feature a 40 degree roof angle the added internal volume really enhance the architectural feel of the room they are installed upon.

These roof lanterns come ready assembled and factory glazed by our team of experts saving hours of work on site and are ready to lift on to a flat roof opening based on the above INTERNAL hole sizes.

Product Overview

Designed to stand the test of time, the Slimline^®Roof Lantern has been comprehensively weather tested against BS 6375 Pt 1, including BS EN1279 parts 2 & 3.
Roof Maker Slimline® Roof Lanterns benefit from a minimal, contemporary design with ultra-thin glazing connectors to maximise light transmission.
Available with either triple or double-glazed toughened safety glass or a choice of glazing options and tints.
A different RAL colour can be chosen for the outside of the frame to the inside, providing you with the ability to create a completely unique look that complements both the exterior and interior styles.
Slimline^®Roof Lantern is made to measure, sizes include 2metre wide x 4metre long, 1.6metre wide x 6metre long, or if you choose a 1.2metre wide design, any length is possible.
The electronic vented option is available with automatic climate control, whilst the built-in rain sensor provides additional peace of mind as the rooflight will close if rain occurs.
