Available in made to measure sizes up to 3 square metres in one piece of glass, or choose the modular, multiple pane options that allow up to 10 meres in length with a maximum 2m width. Each flat rooflight is manufactured to internal structural opening sizes which maximises natural light into the room below.

Tested to BS 6375 Pt 1, the frame features a super insulating foam and thermal break. This, combined with the three layers of glazing and high performing spacer bars separating the glass ensures the rooflight helps retain the interior temperature by preventing heat from escaping.

With the addition of a tint, or choice of glazing, the Roof Maker Fixed Flat rooflight provides a range of solutions that can be tailored to your individual property.

To comply with building and safety regulations, all rooflights must be fitted with an upstand to keep the glazing unit raised above the surface of the roof. The upstand will need to be pre-weathered (flashed in) which can be done with your chosen roof membrane or a separate flashing kit. This will need to be completed by your builder or roofing contractor.
